Dharam S. Yadav, CPA, MBA (University of Oregon) has been providing accounting, tax and business consultation services since 1978. He has extensive experience in providing tax and accounting services to individuals, professionals, and closely held businesses and their owners including foreign nationals.

His industry experience includes:
                  retail - retail stores, gas stations,
                             convenience stores
                  hospitality - motels and restaurants
                  print services - printing shops
                  non-profit organizations
                  homeowners' associations

Dharam has experience working in a Fortune 500 corporation in finance, accounting and general management.  His breadth of domestic and international experience includes serving as a controller, internal auditor, and general manager of a foreign subsidiary.

He is member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Oregon Society of CPA's. Also, he is a member of the OSCPA Peer Review Committee, and the City of Portland Business License Appeals Board.
